Sarasavi Book Store – Horana

Sarasavi Book Store has expanded their business in Horana city in a newly constructed three storied building of 7500 Sq. Ft. NSA carried out the pre contract and post contract project management, MEP designs and civil design coordination along with construction supervision and certification of bills of the contractor. Despite the Covid outbreak of the country, the team led by NSA managed to complete the construction within a year from June 2020 to May 2021. This project is one of the best examples to prove the sound relationship and dedication of contractor, consultant and the client will lead the project to be successful irrespective of the externalities
